HYROX is a unique fitness experience that blends various workout styles into a single event. Participants complete a 1K run followed by a series of functional workouts, including rowing, sled pushing, and more. This high-intensity workout is perfect for individuals of all fitness levels, whether you’re looking to compete or just want to push your limits.
Join us for our HYROX classes held at the following times:
Tuesdays at 6:00 AM
Saturdays at 9:00 AM
Mondays at 6:00 PM (New class starting in mid-September)
Dynamic Workouts: Each class is designed to keep you engaged and motivated. Expect a mix of running and functional exercises that will test your strength and endurance.
Expert Coaching: Our certified trainers will guide you through each session, ensuring proper form and technique while providing modifications as needed.
